Faux Modern Calligraphy Digital Worksheets
This Faux Calligraphy Workbook is designed for anyone looking to start their journey into modern lettering or to build and refine their existing skills as a lettering artist or calligrapher. This workbook presents a simplified version of my calligraphy style and is focused purely on the basics—it does not include additional flourishing or decorative elements.
It’s perfect for beginners or for those who want to expand their skills by applying calligraphy techniques to different surfaces. For instance, chalkboard lettering often uses paint pens, which are typically monoline tools, rather than traditional pointed or brush pens. Faux calligraphy makes it possible to achieve that same beautiful, calligraphic look using different mediums and tools!
Keep in mind, this is meant to be a "how-to" guide, not a rule book. The true key to improving your calligraphy and developing your own unique style is consistent practice. Don’t be afraid to incorporate your personal flair as you practice freehand!
